Bitcoin

Bitcoin mining & consulting services

Bitcoin rewards the people who secure the network. Whether you want to mine at home, protect the Bitcoin you already own, or just understand where to start, we’ll build a plan specific to your goals, your space, and your budget.

Mining Consulting

Straight answers before you buy anything: which miners make sense at today’s difficulty and power prices, what your electrical service can actually support, pool selection, and how to track earnings and taxes. Web3, blockchain product development, project consulting, and support services are also available. We love to talk blockchain!

Hardware Wallets

Your Bitcoin is only as safe as your keys. We’ll help you select a hardware wallet, initialize it securely, create and store your recovery backup, verify a test transaction, and transfer your coins off the exchange — step by step, at your pace.

Home Mining Setups

A home miner is a serious appliance: it draws real power, makes real heat, and isn’t quiet. We assess your panel and circuits, plan ventilation and noise control, install the miner, configure your pool and wallet payout, and set up monitoring so you know it’s hashing around the clock.

Helium

Helium hotspot installation in Fairfax, VA

The Helium Network is a people-built wireless network — learn more at helium.com. Hotspots provide coverage and earn rewards, but placement is everything: a hotspot in the right location earns far more than one in the wrong hex. We use Helium’s world demand maps to find the high-foot-traffic commercial locations around Fairfax where coverage is wanted, and we install there.

Commercial Property Owners earn income by providing Internet access to subscribing customers and helping to grow “The Peoples Network.” Get paid for the WiFi you provide now for free: Helium hotspots provide hybrid network coverage where it’s needed, hosts earn rewards based on usage, and the more users, the more hosts earn. We handle the survey, the install, and the upkeep — Enviromine handles everything!

1

Apply to Host a Hotspot

Simply sign-up online to get started. We check your location against Helium’s demand maps, survey the site, and confirm the network rewards potential of your location. All information is confidential.

2

We Install & Connect

We install a mini indoor cell tower / hotspot that provides hybrid Wi-Fi with automatic AT&T & T-Mobile carrier offload — ideal in commercial locations where cellular signals struggle to reach. Proper placement, a static IP, and correct port forwarding mean no “relayed” status and maximum earnings.

3

Get Paid

Hosts earn rewards based on usage. Hotspot earnings are completely transparent — recorded on a public ledger you can view anytime, 24/7 — while your personal information is kept private. The goal is for users to roam automatically onto any radios in range, with the handover between networks unnoticed. Roaming onto the Helium Network is only the beginning.

Deployment guidelines — the short version

Is your location a fit? Six checks.

These come straight from how the Helium Network rewards coverage: hotspots earn for eligible data actually carried for subscribers, and a radio’s readiness and quality of service affect whether it can take part in carrier offload at all. The right site beats the right hardware, every time.

✓

1. People, gathered & lingering

Helium Mobile hotspots are best in commercial places where slow-moving people gather — coffee shops, restaurants and bars, retail and malls, gyms, salons, hotels, offices, transit, and waiting rooms of every kind.

✓

2. A coverage-need location

Your address sits where the network actually needs coverage. We check it against Helium’s demand maps and Coverage Planner before anyone spends a dollar — boosted, wanted areas first; saturated blocks are a pass.

✓

3. High, central & unobstructed

Clear, unobstructed line of sight to where people will use it. Indoors: high on a wall or ceiling, central in the space. Outdoors / IoT: as high as possible — rooftop beats windowsill — away from metal, thick walls, and clutter.

✓

4. Real broadband + steady power

A stable internet connection the hotspot can share — wired Ethernet preferred — that can pass Helium’s speed and quality checks, plus power that stays on. A hotspot that keeps dropping offline stops earning.

✓

5. Permission & a stable spot

You own the location or the manager can say yes, and the hotspot can stay put, securely mounted, unmoved. Moving it without re-asserting its location hurts its trust score — and its rewards.

✓

6. One hotspot, uniquely placed

One hotspot per location, spaced from its neighbours so it adds new coverage instead of competing with the hotspot next door. Unique coverage is what the network pays for.

Probably not a fit — save us both the trip

  • Low-traffic, by-appointment-only, or mostly-empty spaces; empty land, parking-only lots, and rural spots with no one to serve.
  • Basements, back closets, metal enclosures, or anywhere the signal can’t reach the people it’s meant for.
  • Internet that’s already struggling, frequently down, or not yours to share; no permission from the property owner or manager.
  • A block that’s already saturated with hotspots — we’ll tell you honestly if the map says pass.

Sources: Helium Mobile documentation and Helium Mobile Hotspot deployment guidance (helium.com / docs.helium.com): deploy where people gather, mount high with clear line of sight, check the Coverage Planner, and keep quality of service up — readiness and QoS affect offload eligibility, and rewards follow eligible data transferred. No earnings are guaranteed; rewards vary with usage, location, and network rules, which the Helium community can change.

FAQ’s

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a hardware wallet, and why do I need one?

A hardware wallet is a small device that keeps your Bitcoin private keys offline, away from hackers and exchange failures. If your coins sit on an exchange, you hold an IOU — not Bitcoin. We help you choose a wallet, set it up securely, back up your recovery phrase, and move your coins into your own custody with confidence.

Can I really mine Bitcoin at home?

Yes — with the right setup. A modern ASIC miner draws about as much power as a small electric heater running full time, and it produces heat and fan noise to match. We evaluate your electrical panel, pick a location that handles the heat and noise (garage, basement, or a dedicated space), and install and configure everything so your miner runs efficiently and safely.

What does it cost to run a home miner?

Electricity is the main ongoing cost, and it depends on your power rate and the miner’s efficiency. Before you buy any hardware, we’ll run the numbers with you — expected hashrate, power draw, and break-even at current Bitcoin prices and network difficulty — so you go in with realistic expectations.

Why does hotspot placement matter so much?

Helium rewards hotspots for providing useful coverage where the network needs it. We site installations using Helium’s world demand maps, targeting high-foot-traffic commercial locations around Fairfax, VA where coverage demand is proven — not just wherever a window happens to be. Better placement means better rewards and a stronger network.

Will hosting the Hotspot affect my internet speed?

The hotspot uses only a tiny fraction of your network so there is no impact on your internet speed.

How much is the energy cost?

IoT Gateways use approximately the same amount of energy as a 5W LED light-bulb, which comes out to as low as $0.60/month.

How do I track my earnings?

Hotspot earnings are completely transparent. They are recorded on a public ledger that can be viewed anytime 24/7, however your personal information is kept private.

Why should I host an IoT or 5G Hotspot? Is it worth it?

If you own an Alexa device, that device is already using itself as a hotspot through a service called “Amazon Sidewalk”, but you are not being rewarded for it. They are using your bandwidth to pass their data and you were likely not aware of this because it was automatically enabled without informing you.

With the Enviromine IoT or 5G Hotspot you are rewarded as a “Thank You” for helping to build the network. The Helium Community truly is the ‘Peoples Network’.

Who is funding the Helium Project?

Helium has raised equity funding from some of the most prominent Venture Capital (VC) firms in the world including Khosla Ventures, FirstMark Capital, GV (formerly Google Ventures), HSB/MunichRe Ventures and others.

Do I have to report my earnings?

For payouts greater than $500 for an individual during a calendar year, a W-9 form is needed to ensure we comply with all tax regulations.
